Exchange & Return Policy

• 30 day return & exchange policy from delivery date.
• "On Sale" & “Discounted” items are final sale.
• Tech Support recommendations are only suggestions. All products are subject to customer discretion. We may recommend a certain product but there are numerous options. Do your research on which products will best suit you.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery and if there are any defects, damage, or you are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days. Please see our warranty page for more details in regards to warranties.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it (parts cannot be installed). It must also be in the original packaging and have original hang cards/tags. There is a 30 day window for returns, goods must be received back at the KRUESI ORIGINALS shop location within the 30 day window. 
• We will not warranty or accept any returns for products that have been modified in anyway. 
• Returns & Exchanges should be sent to 15006 N Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix Az. 85032 ONCE APPROVED BY EMAIL.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you used PAYPAL or SHOP PAY as original form of payment, there will be a 5% fee. This charge is relayed due to fee’s issued by Paypal and SHOP PAY.
• PLEASE NOTE: If FREE SHIPPING was received at time of purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
• Refunds are at the discretion of Kruesi Originals.
• SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE
• WHEN SHIPPING AN ITEM back to us, WE SUGGEST USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST RETURN AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
• Please allow 4-5 business days for payment to be refunded to the original form.
• If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It usually takes 4-5 business days to post.
• Changing your mind or a miss order does not validate a return
• All returns must be approved through email and only will be accepted with a supplied return label from Kruesi Originals.
