We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Kruesi Originals. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order with an approved Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and sellable condition. This means they should be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Items that have been worn, used, installed or damaged will not be accepted for return.
2. Restocking Fee
- Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and inspecting the returned item.
3. How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@kruesioriginals.com.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Please securely package the item to prevent damage during shipping. Include the RA number on the return label or package somewhere.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will then provide you with a shipping label to return the item/s (these returns will not be subject to 10% restocking fee).
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, less the 10% restocking fee and shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item(s) to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products, items we do not manufacture, digital downloads, or perishable goods along with any items that have been opened/used/installed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with flexibility regarding your orders. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to process your cancellation request.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@kruesioriginals.com.
- Be sure to include your order number and relevant details when making your cancellation request.
Refunds:
- If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
- If an order cancellation is determined to be eligible outside of the 24-hour window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions: Orders that include personalized or custom-made items, items we do not manufacture, digital downloads, or perishable goods may be excluded from the cancellation policy.
Fees: There are no cancellation fees if you cancel within the specified 24-hour window. However, if an order is canceled after this period or if the item is already in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer will also be responsible for any shipping charges.
